ABOUT MOONLIGHT: Founder J.T. Turner

J.T. is a professional actor, director, voice talent and seminar leader. A veteran of over 140 stage productions, with credits in film, radio and television, he makes his home on Boston's North Shore. J.T. is the co-founder of Moonlight Productions. He can be heard as the descriptive narrator on the PBS cartoons "Arthur", "The Book of Virtues", episodes of "Nature", "Masterpiece Theater", and "The Amerrican Experience".

Currently, along with Sandi Nason, he directs several Moonlight musicals per year, including an adaptation of "Les Mis" for a cast under the age of 18, "Jekyll and Hyde", "Footloose", "Newsies", "Cinderella", "West Side Story", "Into the Woods", "The Wiz", "Jesus Christ Superstar", and "Godspell".

They have also premiered two original musicals written by Turner and Nason: "A Child Is Born" and "Table for 13".

J.T. is also a lively storyteller, touring schools and libraries in New England with shows such as "A Visit from Aesop", "Tales from Around the World", "The Real Indiana Jones", "Galileo", "An Hour with Charles Dickens", "Edgar Allen Poe", and a selection of Dr. Seuss. With his musical partner, Sandi Nason, J.T. also tours and presents biblical stories and musicals.
